About River Source Realty

Who are we? We are a family owned and operated brokerage founded in 2003. We began out of a labor of love for modernizing and renovating vintage homes. We have been buying, selling and fixing up homes since 1997 and continue to flip a couple homes per year which is only 1% of our annual business. We have found our sweet spot in assisting traditional buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities residential real estate market since 2012. We believe in working hard, having fun, being honest, and giving back to the community. We give 20% of our profits to those in need locally, nationally and internationally. We like to tackle the chaos and volunteer in the community with our kids local youth sports and public school fundraisers. Also for fun, we like to cook, travel and be active in the great outdoors. Heading up north to a lake or visiting the Florida Gulf are great ways for us to get some rest and relaxation.

What do we offer? We are definitely not real estate as usual. We help clients move past the status quo so they are empowered and in charge. We offer professional photography and staging advice for sellers which helps you gain 1% more than the average market sale price. We have a licensed general contractor on our team for buyers which helps with negotiating and fighting for your desired purchase price. Our team offers a no-pressure sales technique so you are free to shop and negotiate to your hearts desire. We follow your lead and your timeline wether that's quick or slow or a combination of the two. Buying or selling a home is a major life event so be patient with yourself and your family. We can help ease the pain and stress of buying and selling with our experienced and knowledgable team.
