Andrew is married to Andrea, has 3 awesome boys and lives in Mendota Heights. He began his real estate career in new home construction in the late 1990s. He found his true labor of love to be in home renovation with his first purchase of a duplex which was a bit of a fixer-upper. He 'flipped' his first 8 homes while working in corporate America as a licensed stockbroker. He has since become a licensed general building contractor and has been renovating homes full time since 2012. His niche is remodeling distressed homes. A typical renovation of a category 2 home in Saint Paul consists of around 22 inspections by city authorities, and Andy has the vision and perseverance to fulfill that certificate of occupancy time and again. A category 3 home, furthermore, is a tear-down. He believes strongly in the restoration process and that everybody deserves to live in a quality home. As of 2019, he's been digging in the dirt for his 28th total-home remodel and counting. Andy is the managing broker and founder of River Source Realty since 2003 and oversees all the Agents in the office with a gentle hand, humor and lots of experience.

Andy likes to travel, road bike, mountain bike, hike, swim and golf. His 3 boys consider him to be quite the American Ninja Warrior and are up for any shenanigans they can come up with. Andy recently published his first book which has nothing to do with real estate so you'll have to ask him about it. He works hard, gives people the benefit of the doubt and likes to tell it like it is. His high school mascot in Freeport, Illinois is a pretzel. Yes, a pretzel. Deal with it.
