Andy began his career in New Home Construction in the late 90's with MW Johnson. He found his true labor of love to be in home renovation with his first purchase being a fixer upper duplex. He 'flipped' his first 8 homes while working in corporate america as a licensed broker with Wells Fargo. He has since become a licensed contractor and has been renovating homes full time since 2012. A typical renovation of a category 2 home in St Paul consists of around 17 inspections by local city authorities, and Andy has the personality and faith to fulfill that certificate of occupancy again. His 3 boys consider him quite the house ninja and are teaching him how to skate and play hockey. He recently published his first book which has nothing to do with real estate so you'll have to ask him about it. Andy likes to travel with his family and lives with his lovely wife in Mendota Heights where they try not to talk about work too much. His high school mascot in Freeport, Illinois was a giant Pretzel! He is also an avid bicyclist so grab him some time to go for a ride or perhaps hit the golf course for a few rounds.
